Fabulous and knowledgeable tour guide. Sylvia was amazing. Marta was amazing at the battlements. One of the best tours that I went on.

We were disappointed to discover that our tickets to The Last Supper were not part of our tour. Upon arriving for our tour, we were handed a paper form which gave us an allocated time to complete our visit to The Last Supper. Our time was close to 5 hours after our tour ended. This meant other plans had to be changed and that we did not have a guide with us when looking at The Last Supper. Whilst I understand it is difficult to attain tickets to The Last Supper, I also understand the company had ample time to notify us in advance of situation. The lack of communication was unacceptable . Our guide was awesome and gave a great tour of the castle and historical information on the area, the company’s lack of communication is no reflection on our awesome guide.
