Enter the Sistine Chapel just as it opens, ahead of the daytime tour groups. With fewer distractions and more space, you can fully appreciate some of the most iconic images on Earth—from the “Creation of Adam” to “The Last Judgment.”

After a peaceful 15 to 20 minutes of quiet contemplation, your tour continues with exclusive access to the world’s most famous church.

Please Note: The special access passage between the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica is closed on Wednesday mornings. It is subject to other closures during special celebrations/festivities, including the Easter ceremonies. On such days we will instead explore more of the Vatican Museums' galleries.

And as your group size is limited to a maximum of 18 guests (with top-quality headsets), you’ll always be able to hear your guide and engage with their stories, asking all the questions you can think of.
