Reviews: VIP David & Duomo Tour: Early Accademia Tour & Skip the Line Dome Climb with Exclusive Terrace Access

We really enjoyed our visit to the Accademia to see David and our tour of the Duomo and Terrace. Alessia did a wonderful job teaching us about David and the history of the Duomo, along with pointing out things we never would have noticed.

We couldn't have had a better guide than Charles - he was excellent. He was able to share his considerable knowledge in an interesting way. His knowledge of David in particular was incredible and he made sure we had time to absorb this wonderful sculpture. It was such a pleasure to have a guide that appeared to love what he was doing. As a side note: at no time was my 80 year old mother discouraged from making the journey to the top of both St Peter's in Rome and the Dome in Florence. In fact the opposite - my mother felt both Julietta and Charles were supportive of her goal (when in London she also climbed St Paul's!).

This tour was fabulous. Excellent guide and the “Skip the Line” was great. Saved us hours. We may not have entered at all if we were in that long long line.
